Smoothies are one of my favorite go-tos for after the gym. This one is full of nutrients and healthy fats, and also tastes delicious. It give me that boost of energy after I workout, and the best part is that it tastes like a treat!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup organic tahini
- ¼ cup chopped hazelnut
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen berry mix
- 2 ripe bananas6 Medjool dates
Instructions:
- Remove pits from dates
- Combine all ingredients in Blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour and enjoy!
